Description Aurora Rising

I'm still here! haha...

Very inspired by Blade Runner, although not the same feel. Always wanted to do a huge sci fi city scape, and I had alot of fun with it. The image was made for an independent study for my English class.
Cinema 4D, Vue, Photoshop and Wacom Tablet.

I included a pretty large file for download, so if you want to use it as a wallpaper feel free!

I don't claim to know much about 3d modeling programs but i would imagine that this took a staggering amount of time. The attention to detail is overwhelming....very cool i would say Blade Runner or Total Recal esque haha

Very nice work. I especially like the square-ish buildings, and the one in the middle-right with the complex interior-exterior geometry and the use of various colors in the windows.

Nice stuff!

It's weird how my eyes were instantly drawn to the repeated texture on the rooftops at the lower left of the picture... I guess that's what being a texture artist for a while does to ya.

Awesome artwork and skill, this is one killer Cityscape ,really good layout ,lighting and architectural elements.Brilliant stuff.One of the very best sci-fi city scenes I have seen so far.Congrats.
