Description
Second piece in the Dune project.The main character ventures into the city unseen by guards- there is noone roaming the street after curfew. The light from the Harkonnen's palace illuminates the city with a blinding glare, reminding all those who reside of the rulers and their harsh power.

Before this?? Its taken me four years to get to the point im at now... but this piece is a combination of both my skillsets, 2d and 3d. I spent 2 years initially just working with 3D- you can go back in my gallery to see how it all started- and then 2 years with painting in college. Combining them saves tons of time!

I adore this piece. The detail, the textures, the light, it's absolutely wonderful ; you've really nailed it! The only crit I could bring is that the yellow light around the character could be repeated elsewhere; it'd tie the whole thing together. All in all though, this is wonderfully executed and a pleasure to look at!
