My friend Ben and I are making predator costumes. This is the first stage. You make a duct tape dummy of yourself (lol it's not too flattering but meh). My sister kindly duct taped me up, then we cut it off, patched it all together and I stuffed it with newspaper for bulk, then wadding and plastic bags to make it as smooth and filled as possible.

The next step now is to put a unitard on it, then start building up layers of latex on it to make the predator skin. I'll post pics of that too when I get started on it.

And thanks to Lara for duct taping me, Ben for all the help, and [link] The Hunters Lair for all their ideas and tutorials on making the costumes, which is where you'll find the instructions for the skin building method Ben and I are both using.

I'll post pics of the project as it goes along over the next few months.
