O wait it should've been 13 spades not 12. Hope that helps you find the missing ones

I was counting the spade on the Krieger and Cadian for the record. I knew you were being clever by meaning both weapon spade and card spade. Still couldn't find the last one... or two.

You know what, this is super embarrassing but i miscounted, there are in fact only 12. And yes you found the two joke spades on the Krieger and the Cadian

I see the two spades, plus the spade on the Cadian
The spade on the gold breast plate, on the bandoleer pouch for the bottom first right, the two centers on the second row, the spade on the Elysium Drop Trooper's chest plate and the hatchet for the guy next to him, and the spade on the Steel Guard's helm and on the Catachan's Knife Sheathe.
