Navigator is a character I am playing in a super hero RPG using the FATE Core Venture City Stories setting. Her powers are the ability to "Fold Space" or as I call it in the game, the Holtzman Effect. Yes that and her name are references to Frank Hubert's Dune series. Using her powers she can teleport (obviously) and stretch or compress her body, much like Mr. Fantastic or Plastic man. That is why her anatomy is exaggerated. She also has Wall Crawl which I explain as opening portals to alter her personal gravity. I too the advantage to make it last even while she is unconscious.
