Description Well I get a lot of inquiries about how I make my Assassin Hoods so here is my latest one for Ezio from Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. Today I also made the hood and overcoat pattern for Nikolai Orelov the Assassin from the comic series "The Fall"

So as you can see this is basically how I draft and put together patterns. I use this brown paper which is more sturdy then the tissue like paper you see in commercial patterns.

If anyone is interested in purchasing a full pattern for Assassin's Creed II or Brotherhood Ezio they are 35 dollars

i am interested in purchasing both your ACII pattern and your Brotherhood pattern. just wondering what comes with them and how much are they, and what would the shipping cost be to Canada?

PS. do you think that you will make a pattern set for Revelations?

They are each 30 dollars and you get the main pieces of the costume the doublet with all the tails and also the hood. They are paper patterns and will be shipped to you. For Candada just add 5 dollars extra for shipping. I am currently working on revelations Ezio so yes I will have patterns available for that too. They'd be the same cost. They'll be available soon.

It'd be an extra 5 dollars so for the whole pattern 35 if that's what you're thinking of getting.

mad-hatter-the In reply to Forcebewitya [2011-11-19 15:04:29 +0000 UTC]

The ACII pattern for the over coat. I want to have the whole outfit except for pants for a project that I am working on. I'm making a vambrace with my dad and everything Or have I miss understood how your patterns work?

Forcebewitya In reply to mad-hatter-the [2011-11-20 05:21:19 +0000 UTC]

The AC II pattern comes with the hood, the main doublet (with the red stripes one it, that one) and all the tails on the bottom. It doesnt come with the undershirt, pants, greaves etc...so if that's what you're looking for then feel free to send payment, you're international right? if so just add 5 dollars so 35 dollars total. send to forcebewitya@yahoo.com through paypal

this one, not yet. Are you interested in the Brotherhood hood or the AC II one. I do have tons of pictures of my AC II hood but am still in progress on Brotherhood.

ok, yeah I mean the AC II hood fits and there are obviously many pictures of that in my gallery. The Brotherhood hood is just an altered version. I have sold a few to people who have made them and they have turned out ok so far.

Forcebewitya In reply to darkerperspective [2011-07-08 23:15:47 +0000 UTC]

for the hood it's pretty much one size fits all. It's 15 for the hood or 30 for the entire tunic. Send me a message if you're interested.

Hi! We talked on Cosplay.com about your Brotherhood Ezio pattern. That's awesome that you're selling the full pattern now and I'm definitely interested. I have some questions about the pattern, though.

Is the pattern only for one size?

Does it have multiple sizes (like I'm about 5'7)?

What are the parts that come with it (hood, jerkin, undershirts, ruffle-collar thing, sash, pants, boots, cape, etc.)?

How detailed is the pattern (like does it say where to cut along the bias)?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Forcebewitya In reply to Kame789 [2011-03-09 19:33:32 +0000 UTC]

hey, good to see you on here. The pattern is obviously made to fit myself without going into measurements I'm 5,10" at 165 lbs and have a 39 inch chest. I can alter the pattern a little bit like make it have a tighter fit, and shorten it since you're a bit shorter than I am. However I cant go down too much. The first guy who bought one was very very skinny so I couldnt really alter the pattern that much for him.

The pattern itself is very detailed I mark bias lines, center back, center front, fold lines, and I notch the pattern in various spots so you're sure to put the correct pieces together. The pattern that you would get for 25 dollars is the main jerkin and the hood. I can probably send you the undershirt as well but I'd have to add a bit more to the price. I dont offer patterns for anything else. Also it will be awhile before I can sell you one for Brotherhood since I'm still working on it ^_^

Kame789 In reply to Forcebewitya [2011-03-10 17:03:33 +0000 UTC]

Well the chest won't be a problem as mine is also about 39 inches(measured under the arms - it's about 48" around the arms) and I'm about 150 lbs.

I have that Simplicity jerkin pattern which is similar but the main things that concern me are the four layers on the shoulders AND the spikes. If those are on the pattern I'd definitely get it.

If it's possible, would you make the "dress" part along with the red and white flaps (not sure what all that's called - I mean the entirety of that white and red clothing that Ezio wears from the waist down) part of the pattern? Those are deceptively tricky and look pretty bad if it's not in that hourglass shape they are on Ezio's costume.

I wouldn't need any of the undershirts since I'm planning on cheating those to be part of one undershirt or the jerkin itself so I won't get heat stroke from wearing a billion layers of thick clothing.

Anyway, I'll definitely keep checking back in to see how it's coming along.

Forcebewitya In reply to Kame789 [2011-03-10 22:39:09 +0000 UTC]

for my pattern I basically just sewed them all into the waist and then the red sash covers up that stitch line. On my costume I also put a piece of red band around the raw edge from all that just to give it a more finished look on the inside of the costume.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Kame789 In reply to Forcebewitya [2011-03-11 05:00:05 +0000 UTC]

That's a good idea. I had to do something similar for a Sith costume I made to keep the pieces in place.

So would that be part of the pattern you're selling as well?

I'm interested in your pattern, any way of shortening it for a 5'1" girl? I understand that I'll have to take liberties with the whole chest, but I think it could help me to have a basic idea of what my final should basically have? Let me know, I'm very interested in buying a pattern if you can work something like this out.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Forcebewitya In reply to darkerperspective [2011-07-06 19:03:32 +0000 UTC]

yeah I think we could shorten it a little bit. I'll just need a few measurements from you.
