At the very least, I wish Sonic Team would give her a cameo in a game or something.
You cannot give Big a hiding spot in EVERY level of SA2 and keep Cosmo in the past!

Agreed, she needs some kind of cameo, maybe in a future game that involves time travel, or simply takes place in the past, we can get a cameo of some sort, either a full-fledged model, or just a photo, I think that would be totally awesome!

I have NO clue about modding or animating, but that sounds like a lot. Jumping, running, boosting, sliding, and if you really think you can find them; sound clips.

That's the thing, I'd have to learn a whole new system of porting. I haven't even researched Generations modding yet, but maybe after the SFM project is complete, I can figure something out.

Another tip: Perhaps add a eye lash liner on the lids?

Already done! Lol
It needs some adjusting, but if you like I can post another update. Very few changes though, but it's almost perfect (I think).

I'd love to see the update to see where you're at so I can help out but it's up to you.

Allow me to point out a a few things:
1.The hair texture seems similar to what you see on Sonic's spines. What I mean is that it looks a bit too rugged, and you may want it to look more natural.
2. More of a geometry issue, but the green parts in the skirt don't combine well together with the white leaves. My suggestion is to make the green bits wider and it's side edges higher on the leaves, and overall making the two parts transition more seamlessly by adjusting the curves. (Maybe my English made this sound confusing, but I hope you get me.)
Anyway... C'mon, admit you're working on a game/fangame of some sorts. This model looks that good so far!

Excellent points. Not sure if I'll be able to change the skirt so far into the project, but the hair is definitely doable. I'll be releasing subsequent updates after the model is released, so I'm taking notes! Thanks so much for your feedback, really helping to move this project along!
Although I would like to ask a quick question: Currently, the skirt's white portion is a fabric texture. Should I change it to a leather/rubber texture and tweak it to look smoother, or leave it as is? I want it to look light and soft, since she can use it to glide down from great heights, but I'd like your input!

I would go with something that looks smoother. The idea of fabric (a-la Sonic gloves texture) makes sense for something that allows floating, but a not-too-opaque, single-colour-ish texture would probably do better. Or try to lessen the contrast on the fabric texture... If you can, try both of these ideas and choose what looks better to you

Oh, I forgot a thing about the model itself yesterday: maybe you could make the shoes' topline larger on the front, so that the white socks show a little more? It looks like she's wearing some sort of holeless crocs as of now.

100% better. The skin tone and jacket/shoes/skirt accents look exactly like she does in the show.
