meet my new OC...!
his name is Arndt, short version of Arnwald, in German means 'eagle power' *I'm not creative in making names OTL*he is a gun mage from a faraway land. he shoots with elemental ammos and combines them (two or more) to create various effect shots in one time
he can see as well as eagle, a gift that he has since of his birth naturally because of his tribe. he was trained to be an expert in shooting since he was little, so rarely he missed his target
and yes, I want to know what does a boy looked like if he tied his hair on the side, so I make his hair like that XD
the outfit was inspired by Rune Factory 3

well this is what I had experienced,
I have a habit to look for references before designing an outfit for a character...mostly from games. you know character in games have detailed outfit +_+ but as your references only for examples. the rest of the design you create your own and add your style XD
and I think a detailed outfit doesn't have to be a game-like outfit, something general can be a detailed outfit too. such as lolita style with many frills and laces (damn that makes me almost die Dx)
but whatever outfit style that you draw, (in my humble opinion) neatness is the most important one. people can see your efforts from the detailed outfits that you draw

just take your time finishing your piece, good result needs a lot of time and a big effort, but they are worth for it and you won't regret it.
and one thing, don't say particular things that are hard to draw your enemy...just try to enjoy each of them when you draw them! once you know how to draw them, you will enjoy it XD
