Unique Race: Vetra

Vetra is a race with a tree’s distinctive features. People consider Vetra as a tree-man. In fact, Vetra never exist, but the reason why it does exist here is that Vetra is purely a race created by Marion.

it was unclear how and why the event happened. decades ago God of Marion revived a dead tree into live, gave him a human form, and gave a name for the race. The tree itself has no name, therefore the Linweans called him by his race, Vetra. He is the only one Vetra in the world. The Linweans consider him as a proof of Marion’s blessing for Linwood.

However, the reason why did Marion revive Vetra was still a mystery.

Vetra is calm and quiet. He has a gentle heart. He is same with an ordinary tree, but his human form differentiates him from others. And just like trees, he also needs sunlight and water to live. Vetra can talk to trees and plants—more like telepathy—as he is also a part of them. He also understands animals, one of them is Arleiv, the giant wolf.

Revived by Marion, Vetra received his power and have some special abilities. he can regenerate part of his body, (wait...is that a special ability or it's normal like other trees? O_O) grow a tree / plant as he wish, control vines, etc (I'll think more later if there's more OTL). Vetra also has wide knowledge about plants and trees, and he makes new discoveries about new usages of plants and herbs that are very useful for Linweans. he actually does have ability to fight, but he choose not to use it except if it's needed in certain situations.

other info:
1. Vetra is basically a tree, so don't ask why he is so huge with 3,12m height
2. his ears are in shape of leaves (and so do the Arleivs). his hand is big
3. Kai is on the sheet to compare the height of Vetra. *gets bricked by Kai*
4. he is usually wandering near the temple or forest...but oh well, I think he's not so difficult to be found 8D
5. why not Staras race instead of Vetra? because their original place is on the continent outside Arletha.
6. there's only one Vetra in the world, that's why I don't draw the female Vetra. for #BATIC member who want to make his/her OC as Vetra, please contact me first. we can discuss and may change Vetra's background story
