Name: Whisteam
Whistle + steam
Inspired by: Indian/Middle Eastern teapots
Dex1: Whisteam is an automaton-like PKMN that is believed to have been created by humans. It holds water in its belly that it can boil at will. It can be fed teabags to brew boiled water into tea.
Dex2: This PKMN is more of a companion than a fighter. It wants nothing more than to curl up on the table during family gatherings, serving tea to anyone who asks. It also makes for a great hand warmer on cold nights.
