Dex1: The bell around Nekomena's neck is used to store psychic power. They aren't born with bells, and instead must seek them out. Once they find the perfect bell, their tails split in two and they become stronger.

Dex2: Nekomena is widely known as a trickster with dubious intentions. They're known to pull rather mean-spirited pranks that have a lasting impact on their victims. Nekomena sightings tend to temporarily drive people away.
