Name: Tecterreign
Tectonics + terra/terrain + reign
Inspired by: boulder opals + geodes
Dex1: Tecterreign is the force that grounds Scintillore and Hippozeph. When the two get too rowdy in their disagreements, Tecterreign steps between them to prevent damage to the earth below.
Dex2: It is known to stop construction projects that encroach upon the little remaining untouched land in the world. It has become more aggressive in this over time; trying to stand up against Tecterreign is unwise.
