I love the ones on the right-- the top one is basically Coco in a nutshell and the bottom was one of my fave moments from "Partying is Such Sweet Soiree." All of them were very well done!

Really love these. I'd been trying to figure out how you would Chibify Coco, and I think shorter hair was a great idea.

Nah, I read a how-to-draw chibis book once and it says that you shouldn't change the hair size at all; it makes them cuter that way...

hehe its just that i wanted her to look realllly young, like a newborn or something (idea by Lynnie as written).

You're welcome; but chibis aren't just "really young", they can range ages from infants to elders...but they just have a specific look.
