Hello guys~!!!
fosterguy33 here,

Currently, I'm tired of making chibis. Really tired.
So instead of designing more, I've just decided to make tutorials on how to draw Chibi-Fosters characters

SO what does this mean? Well, it means that I've decided to give something back to you guys and the dA community for all the support and encouragements which I am TRULY grateful for

Well yeah, enough of my blabbering.

How to draw Chibi-Frankie.

-As you can see, there aren't many steps or difficulties in drawing her, so anyone can draw her
-Take my points of caution seriously - Frankie's eyes are the hardest to get right, heck even I still need to erase her eyes out completely once in a while
- You can clearly see that I was getting tired of drawing the same bits over and over, hence the lack of consistency and accuracy on her facial features
(please forgive me for this)
