Not particularly - no-one had an obvious OTT accent or speech defect until Bob Budiansky suddenly decided to start writing Grimlock like the cartoon version (which caused some problems since Grimmers had had a prominent role in the UK stories for some time so when he came to the fore in the US based material it was like he'd had a major personality transplant

JAzz was one of the coolest Autobots ever and had a great voice actor as well. TOo bad that his voice actor died shortly after his role in The TF movie.
He was in Headmasters, though.

I was never really a fan of the voices in the cartoon. The comic had been out for months by the time it first aired in the UK so I'd already established what the characters sounded like in my head - the show failed to match up most of the time (Cullen's Prime was pretty close though).
