Description
So there's a giant white SPACE on this drawing. Damn wing flew off the paper! So a few things...I was drawing Xeno with feathered wings at one point, then thought....why? Force of habit most likely. Xeno has the ability to transform in a dragon...sooo I gave him dragonish wings and I personally think they look far more badass than the feathery wings. Could just be me though.This will most likely be used as part of a reference sheet for Xeno seeing as I haven't really made a proper one yet. And of course that means it needs color...but seeing how often I FREAKING COLOR....who knows when that'll be. :3 BUT HEY, after 3 months of inactivity, I drew something. SO YEAH. HAPPINESS. And. Stuff. :3

Templates? I don't have like a random assortment of things I mix and match to make things. I draw most things with a mechanical pencil, scan it, and tada. There's...no reference or anything, it's just stuff from my head. o.o; Unless you know a way to scan my brain, I don't think there's much I can give you.
The best thing I can suggest is head to google, click images, and type in armor, or even be specific. Type warrior armor, or medieval armor or fantasy armor. Whatever you can think of. You should get a decent amount of reference material that way. :3

Well I see you had some basic pose models in there, which is a good start. Helps with proportion and what not. But there really isn't any definition on anything in the picture for me really to critique.

ya and thehardest to master! but once ananatomystarts looking good almost everything will look good too. of course with practie ut none require as much effort and years to master tn anatomy. am i right?

Really depends how much you throw yourself into it. I've gotten a good grasp on anatomy, however I've been drawing the male musculature so long that drawing females is hard lol.

ya the same for me. se i have constantly been drawing males( i got no female characters ) so since i have been doing males with alot of muscle it is hard to draw the female muscles since they are softer and less angular looking. also, they just dont have the same defition as the males nor the ability to build up the same way. so going from buff males to buff and normal females is really a hard task. hmm i wonder if starting off with females then after mastering that then drawing males, would be easier?

I think it wouldn't really matter. If you started out with females, you'd get really good at drawing less muscular more curvy females, and then end up trying to draw males and probably make them feminine looking lol.

Yes...it shall be part of one of the references for Xeno. It shows most of his front side as well as his wingspan, sooo all that's really left is the back shot and a general clothing shot. :3 Maybe a close up of the eyes or something. ;o
