I've found that game on internet (reproduced with MUGEN)
and naturally I couldn't not play with that vixen xD
I don't know if Roxy is a strong character, if the game is too easy or if I'm great on those games, because... I finished all the game in less than an hour

Anyways, no prob, I played that game on my trusty Amiga years ago, so it's really nostalgia inducing for me, never played the MUGENized version, but back then it was a pretty hard game (given you learned all special moves along the way, and had to finish it at least twice to learn 'em all (that, and a lot of other stat-based stuff).

I've heard of this game, although I never played it. In fact, I know a lot about the company who made it. As Gametek was known for making this game, I remember them for making tons of "Wheel of Fortune" and "Jeopardy!" for various computer systems and game consoles thoughout the 80s and 90s before they closed their doors forever in 1998.

Reproduced with MUGEN? They likely made the game easier and/or made her overly-strong.
I played the original game and the AI was ridiculously cheap spamming their special moves on you to the point they never give you a chance to get up. Only way I could beat the game was to use savestates.
