One thing I find intriguing about this image is the ever so slight purple-hue of his hat and eyes... like it's a black-and-white photo printed on a color printer.
His expression is... intense. And yet so much of this image seems out of place around those eyes; scraggly beard, unkempt hair, solid beanie-hat, what I suspect to be a convenience store in the background... but those eyes, piercing. Funny, if he were shaved, hair tidy, no hat, and no piercings - you could tell me he's any kind of hero and I'd believe you.
Makes me wonder, so many questions about who he is in an effort to discern why I imagine what I do in those eyes, and to know why all the features that don't seem to fit are there.
Again my friend Fox, you've diverted me wholly. And, as seems to be an effect of looking at your work, I'm inspired.

The photograph is spectacular. I must say, he is very handsome and the snake bites suit him very well. His eyes, like the others said, purplish, more like indigo blue, I believe.

I really like this. The snakebite piercings are cool, I'm always a fan of those. And, call me crazy, but there's a slight visual illusion with his eyes...they almost look purple, even though I know this is a black and white pic. Maybe I'm just seeing what I want to because I love purple so much.
