- Angel is a quiet, cautious mask who prefers to take his work seriously and act maturely, holding himself to a high standard of professionalism in anything and everything that he does, giving the appearance of a calm collected gentleman.

- Angel is a colder version of Ulysses if you will, not as friendly as his host counterpart. He is fiercely independent, preferring the reliability of himself rather than others, knowing he can get work done best if he does it alone. When there is a task to be done, Angel gives his 110%, striving to be the best at whatever was assigned of him.

- A perfectionist. Everything must be perfect, down to the letter. He is constantly preening himself. His suit, his hair, his feathers, his demeanor. Angel does not handle his mistakes well, becoming incredibly stressed or just denying the mistake ever happened. After all, Angel is perfect, Angel can’t make mistakes, Angel’s not screaming on the inside, nahhhhh.

Ability Wise:
- In terms of ice abilities, this legendary bird’s powers have been toned down. The weather and current temperature around him has a major effect on what he can and cannot do. For example, on a hot day, (32°C/90°F), Angel’s abilities and body are weakened, only able to cool himself and a small area around him, any ice that he creates quickly melting into a puddle. In cold weather, (O°C/32°F), Angel thrives, able to allow his ice to remain frozen longer and grow bigger. Under (O°C/32°F), Angel has to use his move Blizzard as a means of freezing larger targets, but once the temperature is below (-18°C/0°F), he no longer needs to rely on the move Blizzard as much anymore. Depending on the weather, Angel can go from barely making a snow ball, to freezing a small car.

- Another major factor of his ice abilities is water. Angel cannot create ice without some amount of water present, either from the humidity in the air, or from keeping himself hydrated. This creates a danger of overheating for Angel in hot and/or dry weather, his body working overtime to keep him cold, and only able to do that if he drinks enough.

- Regarding the move Blizzard, being a powerful move, it takes a lot out of Angel to preform it, and thus requires a cool down time of at least half an hour in optimal conditions. In higher temperatures, this time is extended to an hour or so. The higher the temperature, the longer the cool down time.

- To freeze something, Angel has to come in contact with it. While it is not entirely impossible for him to freeze something at a short distance, it is incredibly difficult and thus requires heavy amounts of concentration. Due to this, Angel prefers simple contact freezing.

Angel’s mask is his red stripped, blue neck tie.
Angel’s is taller than Uly, reaching 6’ 2”.
Those boots are made for walkin’ …and grabbing things. The talons are fully functional. He can pick up small objects and grip onto to ledges.
Angel can fly. As an Articuno, his wings super chill the air, and as a result, when Angel flies, snow falls behind him.
Angel keeps his body temperature very low at all times, around 23°C/75°F.
