Grrrrr, Marshal still really needs a theme song/tag line! Why do I insist on making everything into patterns? >3>;

So, Sterling has a real backstory now ^^ It was rather pinched from I paladin I once played, named Marshal, so I guess she is now an amalgamation of Reishi and Marshal ^_^;;;

In any case, Sterling is a bifauxnen Royal Guardsman who is generally mistaken for a handsome man, especially since she's over six feet tall. Unlike Sendari, who would totally abuse that misconception, Sterling is actually rather uncertain of her sexuality and doesn't really know what to do when girls think she's dreamy

RP NOTES:
* Her mentor is supposed to be sort of well-known, so other guardsmen or soldiers, or people associated with the noble class, might recognise her surname.
* When it isn't associated with romance, Sterling generally doesn't notice (or at least doesn't object) when people think she's a guy. She seems fine with it.
* I called her "Captain" with the intent that she has a meaningful rank, but is in no way in charge of or equal to the other knights. Mel, Seth and Brendan are all definitely above her. She could boss around newbies if she was so inclined, but she has no real influence and is never in charge of more than a small detachment.

I KNOW, this is a most shameless ripoff. But it's not like Reishi is ever going to fit into the Zeldaverse >3>; And I wanted a Royal Guardsman, damnit. At least they have somewhat different personalities.
