*goiku 's prize for winning the fox kits in spring contest, this is her lovely kitsune OC Hinode.I hope you like it.

How do you do it and what do you use?

It's shockingly easy:
- darken the area you want to give the effect (so an area facing the surface of water) using a preferably easy to erase pencil
- get yourself an eraser where you can erase small areas with. If you cannot get such an eraser, there's an extra step at the end of the list.
- use the eraser to 'draw' small lines of light through the dark area (pointing in different directions), and you're done ^^
(- if your eraser can only make 'thick lines of light', you'll have to use the same pencil again to darken the area you don't want to 'glow'. The effect is usually not as nice, but it'll do)
