Hehe, now this brings back memories of being miffed at my parents when I was little (about 13) for not letting me have ferrets as pets.

lol Yes, how could parents even think of denying something so adorable? That is probably why I didn't even know ferrets *could* be pets until I was older. Methinks there was some withheld information on my parents part

I was so lucky to be able to focus the camera and not give in to the cuteness overload!

What a wonderful story I hope you get to go back and check up on her and, if she's making a nest, her babies!! She looks SO tiny!

She (or he! I wish I knew!) was soooooo, soooo, SO cute. This picture really is about lifesize. I reallly hope to go back out in a few weeks and peek in. I think I'd die of glee if I saw little babies scampering around.

I kept murmuring softly to him the whole time, as well as praying that I wouldn't fumble the focus and not get the shot! lol

oh my gosh, what a pretty pretty animal... and to think women used to make coats out of them...oh probably still do!

I know!! Breaks my heart to think of these precious lil' things made into coats! If those women ever saw one in real life, and how precocious, curious, and amazingly cute they are, I doubt they'd be so quick to want a coat made out of them.
This little one just charmed me through and through.

Perhaps they should be made to go see the farms that raise all the 'coat' animals.
