I'm not sure how many have seen my Talho drawing. This is along the same lines. I added the concept sketch in my Scraps folder. I decided to change her angle and the direction of the image. I thought the original direction was far too similar to my Talho picture. I may also make this look like the magazine "ray=out". I did the same thing to my Talho picture.I wanted to make her rift board look different. The design is similar, but you should notice the personal touches are different.
Gidget was a lot of fun to draw. With her baggy clothes. You can really play with them and have them flow in the wind. She's a very cute girl who is obsessed with the character Moondoggie. You can see that from the writing on the board.
I really like how the background came out. One of my favorite touches is how you can see the shadow of her hand on the grass. Like she is just zooming by and grazing her fingers on the grass.

Oh wow, you have it all. I saw your Code Geass stuff recently and decided to watch you, but I looked through your gallery and you have a LOT of good stuff from, mostly, series I like. Jeeze, so hard to find good Gidget fanart. In fact, it's rather hard to find good Eureka 7 fanart sometimes (especially now that the series is over). Still, I love how you drew it, and that hand really is a nice touch. You get the feel for motion with this picture, and it takes a good deal of effort to portray it so vividly as you did here. You did a magnificent job on this! Thank you very much for drawing it.

This picture was a lot of fun to do. I was thinking of a skating mag when I did this picture. Sort of a midair plant.

It's always a balance between ones own style and how the characters are officially rendered. I was rather happy with the waves effect.

Gidget is another great character who just doesn't get enough attention (except when it comes to her and Moondoggie) in the plot. I personally love her style, although Talho is a far more interesting and complex character

I'm having major trouble with my internet access since I had a blackout in my area. It's either not connecting, or going VERY slow. I was trying to load the image, but it was never working. I didn't even know it when this far. I'll see if I can fix it.
