It's Bon Bon x Lyra time!! Ponyville's cutest couple!!All of this came from a very silly journal from last month in which I speculated on cutie marks at erogenous zones: [link]
Of course and showed up and things got out of hand... so.. have some cutie mark licking!!
I generally use Prismacolor markers to color my ponies, and I went so far as to buy a few colors online to make sure Lyra looked good. The shipping delay accounts for the delay in getting this concept finished. Also: general business. But here it is! At long last! Enjoy.

That's because I'm having to match them with marker colors and I haven't yet found one that actually matches the tone of her coat as seen in the show. Next time I draw Lyra I'm probably going o use watercolors because of this.

In the first ten or so episodes of the series, ie the ones that laid most of the groundwork for the community, Lyra and Bon Bon were nearly always shown together when they would appear in the background of shots. They were identified as a couple pretty quickly. The rest of the season more or less seems to had dropped that, however.

Besides being playful and trying to make her lover embarrassed, Lyra also looks like she's let herself get lost in the idea of making Bon-Bon feel good. The way she's smiling contentedly, eyes closed, and especially with her forelegs crossed she's definitely crossed over a little ways into La-La Land. The candy filly herself is terrifically self-conscious, and I especially love the way her "nose" is scrunched and her upper muzzle blushing. While it looks like she's making some movement to pull her rump away and perhaps even to ease Lyra's head away, it's easy to see that she's hesitant to force her to stop.
Maybe Lyra also hopes that licking long enough will make the wrappers disappear: then Bon-Bon's heightened sensitivity will have her squirming and squealing like never before.
I can imagine the video now: "Bon-Bon Unwrapped!"

That's a deliciously strange idea; Bon Bon's wrappers vanishing as she's brought closer to... um... well I'm not sure that cutie mark licking could cause climax, but who knows? Also the idea of cutie marks changing to reflect ponies' moods is pretty interesting.
I actually just realized that I probably unconsciously chose Lyra to be licking Bon Bon because of the food connection; for a time their roles were reversed!

That reversal was a good idea: If Bon-Bon licked Lyra then the strings could have hurt her tongue. Oh wait — it's more like Bon-Bon would be playing Lyra, plucking her just right to make her hit some pretty high notes.
Cutie marks showing arousal would be really embarrassing. It's bad enough when a boy gets called to the chalkboard after thinking about his crush, but when what's basically a pony's nametag starts flashing it's hard to play it cool. Maybe there would have to be an existing bond first, or the change would be visible only to the pony's partner. (Hormones & pheromones/magic/special glasses/small subtleties/etc.)
