Just a few hours late for the end of the Summer Sun Celebration, but I knew I needed to draw something for my favorite Princess! I'm not sure what Celestia's mane is made out of, but I bet poking your head through it is ticklish!
Celestia is probably wondering if increasing Twilight's powers was really a good idea at this exact moment.
