I know diddley about UF but I kind of like the soft look to this myself. The spirals are really pretty & the subtle colors match the design beautifully.

Thanks so much, Lauren. One of the very few things I don't like about UF is how textures can look so different when rendered - there was more pink and the texture was almost like snowflakes in the pre-render version. I still like this though and really appreciate your lovely comment and, of course, the fave.

beautiful picture. i like the lil bit of blue that goes with the flow. makes the cheesecake stand out a bit more.

Thanks very much, Jimmie. It actually does look a bit more like chocolate now as the texture rendered darker than when I was working on it but I liked the name too so I kept it. I appreciate the muchly.

Aha!u r talking cheesecake!Yummy! I luuuuuv cheesecakes...at first glance it didn't look to me like one but except for the blue shapes it looked like a gorgeous cake I ate the other day at my Mom's it was a mixture of caramel, nuts melted in hot sugar, chocolate and off white pudding (just like the shades of colors u used) and a thin layer of chocolate cream! I even took a large portion home! Nice work sweetie!

I adore this, Cerenity. The shapes are lovely.

I have 2 critiques, though. 1) It looks blurry, and I think it would benefit from a bit more clarity. It's as if I'm looking at it through a film. And 2), kind of on the same vein, it's as if the film darkens the whole fractal. What I get from this is an underlying potential to really pop, but there's like a glass ceiling keeping it down. That could really work for something a bit more subtle, but for this, it feels a little restrained. I dunno if you understand what I'm getting at, and you don't even have to listen to my suggestions. You could just forget about this whole paragraph.

Darn you, Max. You are right on with your critique. The texture rendered different. I should have gone back and tweaked it but instead I didn't sharpen it as much when I did the framing. I actually do appreciate your input and next time I'm not happy with my work, I'll rework it until I am rather than taking shortcuts. Of course, I also appreciate the fave.
