Download for 1960x1470 resolutionExactly the same motive as the very old deviation Blowing in the Wind. The difference is that the virtual light comes from the lower left instead of the lower right.
This is a 3D-section of the four dimensional cubic parameter space (the iteration formula is z -> z^3 - 3a^2 z + b), the axis a_imag pointing into the fourth dimension, the 3D-slice is performed at a_imag = 0.3. The red set is a part of M+, the grey set of M-. This is the same 3D slice as in the previous deviation Dance. However in this case, the fractal object is rotated in a different angle.

The image is rendered using a special module for Ultra Fractal, the module written by my very dear friend Greenseng her on dA. All his modules, as well as mine can be downloaded from here. Resized 6400x 4800. Small color adjustments is performed. All this postprocessing by Photoshop.

Regarding deep zooms in the Mandelbrot set, if you check out my deviation Cauliflowerfort and click the link under "Artist's Comments", from page 4 you can follow the entire zoom sequence in 28 steps
