Long weekend, so this round robin came at a very nice time. Interesting to see what everyone can come up with for what seems to be a 'sleeper' of a set of formula/parameters.. lots of artists are posting some very interesting images this weekend.
I am tweaking a base layer and am coming up with a whole host of interesting shapes for this exercise as well as images to come later..
I see you and Jimmie are doing some too... (it was my hope to team up with either of you guys- but I signed on for UF5)

I didn't have a partner and Deb even offered to partner me if I couldn't find anyone... I'm not here that often anymore but since I had been doing compilations with Jimmie and Deb reminded me of the RR the timing seemed perfect...
And with NT too - he's only been using UF a short whole but I like his work a lot. He was going to pull out but I insisted he hang in there and has done some nice work - I think he'll learn a lot too looking at the params I sent him.
SO a lot of work for me between UF4 and 5 but hopefully I'll be back painting by tomorrow,,,

cool. I was going one way with the second, adding a spherical layer and they just didn't look marble-y enough- so I trashed it.... took another turn and it started whipping into shape.. will send soon.

right now, I am tweaking the base layer for Fiery Spawn- and am coming up with a lot of interesting variations... either or the marbles themselves or a variation on the base layer....
Not too much time- my daugther and her fiance flew in to surprise us Saturday morning... so we got to meet our future son-in-law... so we ended up inviting a lot of friends over Sunday for a cook-out and saturday was just chillin- getting to spend time with both our daughters and the fiance. Today my wife it working on school report cards, so I should get some fractal time in
Hahaha..hey that's a great surprise, i would go with the family

well the way it works in theory
You make 2 your own tweaks from original and exchange them with your partner...
and then you tweak your partners first 2 tweaks twice each
But i guess it doesn't really matter in long run
as long as you got 6 total at the end.
