For those members who think that faving and running is some sort of evil sin. Relax. Take a deep breath. Chill out. Feel better, now? Look at it this way: it's better to know that someone liked your stuff enough to fav it than for it to be totally ignored. 'Nuff said.Snag it, use it, no credit necessary.

Too late. I always hate people who do that because it disrespects art that I put a lot of time and effort (read: WEEKS OR MONTHS) into by not giving me detailed, constructive criticism.

Seriously, I try to leave comments. But sometimes, I don't. There are only so many hours in a day, and frankly, I'm starting to feel like there are some weird entitlement issues here on DA. Really. I fave people's stuff because I like it, but sometimes that's not good enough for them. Really? I mean, seriously, why do people scoff at their positive attention that way, just because they don't get -everything- they could possibly want? I don't care if people fave-bomb my whole gallery. Whatever they wanna do. It's cool, and they have my gratitude.

Haha, this says exactly what I was hoping to say! I try to comment but sometimes I just run! And I'll even work my way back sometimes and comment later... but sometimes I forget. I don't do it to be rude or anything, I do it because I love people's work and I'm sometimes short on time. And there are different standards of etiquette on DA anyway. I just hope people understand that I don't mean any disrespect...

Agreed. While getting comments is wonderful, a fave is still a compliment. I understand how sometimes it's just difficult to think of anything creative to say. Some people hate it if you just say "Cool" or "Awesome!" so...I figure it's best to just fave it and be done with it
