Sure you can. Start with a tiled image and add a Julian FX then tweak away with that triangle. Thanks very much for the comments.

Wow, very nice work. Usually I can look at a fractal and have some idea of what transforms they used, but this one baffles me. Any hints?

Thank you very much. If I remember correctly, I started with a tiled flame and added a FX which I messed around with for awhile. If that doesn't make any damn sense at all, send me a note.
