High carbon stainless steel, padauk and aluminum.I started this knife about four months ago and just before finishing it life happened and I haven't been able to even set foot in my work shop for the last three months other than to clean a bit here and there. The blade is a high carbon stainless and the image is etched into both sides of the blades, the handle is aluminum and padauk coated in a food safe mineral oil.
