Yeah, Shade's as close as we can get in that department, but she's cool in her own right. Still, Ian Flynn mentioned if he got the ok he'd have plans for Shade...

yeah, they managed to create a character who isn't as lame and predictable as a classic "evil sonic" could be portraited. He's much similar to Sonic and yet so different 8D
I really like Shade indeed, I've loved Sonic Chronicles ^w^ Even if I have to say, I like Julie-Su a bit more, probably cause Shade is somewhat a game adaption of the pink echidna @__@

Exactly, and he has those funny fangs. Oddly paired with Fiona I get the feeling he has his own Sonic-Tails dynamic without using Miles.
Sadly this is true, but I knew Shade first. Still if she gets accepted into game's official canon imagine how many more Archie influenced stuff could get in.
