I like this version of him too. I mean that blue leotard version is just silly looking...he looks totally evil here. Nicely shaded hun.
I need to draw Enerjak someday...he looks so fun..and if I'm gonna draw Enerjak its gonna be the cool looking one.

No that version is most certainly not scary looking whatsoever.
I read the bio on Dark Mobius' Enerjak and I have to say its kind of sad really. Knuckles was just trying to make things better and everyone turned against him because they didn't agree with the decision he was making. Now perhaps said decisions weren't right but he thought he was doing the right thing, and that's the whole point. 
Goes to prove that king Sonic from the MxYL universe was right when he said that Knuckles could go off the deep end anytime and that from what had happened with him losing his right eye during his tantrum as Chaos Knuckles and the explosion he was caught in that took his eye, could happen again and anytime, thus he was still capable of it, he just needed a trigger...well he was right about that here...only he became Enerjak instead.

yup, that's why I love this enerjack, he's the result of the efforts of a misunderstood Knucles....who just wanted to fix things. And that's why I deeply love Knux in the comics: he's an hero, but with his flaws and weakness. As every human being would do, he tries his best to act in the right way and protect those he loves, but this doesn't mean he'll choose the best ways to do it (such as his blue/yellow version on enerjak: he wanted to free his people but ended up killing them).....his efforts are often useless and he's as much confused as we could be. And while Sonic's speed is basically a perfect ability (no side effects), his chaos powers cause him many troubles. His confusion, frustration, not so bright past, cause him to easily turn into the bad guy of the situation, even if he has little fault and he just wannt to do what's best for everyone. Not to say that he basically had to live on his own and survive since when he was a small kid, Locke was more of a teacher than a father, he should have been knux's anchor to moral values.
It's easy to be an hero such as Sonic: happy back story, loved by everyone, flawless speed abilities, no duties or pressure from other people...it's much easier to keep calm and make the right decisions.

Yeah, Really. Poor Knuckles he's had it hard and that's why I love him for all those reason. I don't care for Sonic for the reasons you just stated....and you know what...Sonic comes off as a Mary-su/Gary-stu. XD He really does....and in my opinion that exactly what he is. Never say that to a Sonic to a drooling fangirl though, you'll be trolled.

Sonic...bha, sometimes I like him, sometimes I don't. I hate when he's the classic hero who can do everything and save everyone and get praised and tons of fangirls all over Mobius; but at least he's arrogant and has some little flaw here and there, not being the usual emo/kind hero.
Ok, Sonic is the MAIN character. Fine with that. But if Knux's strenght is as much developed as Sonic's speed, why is Sonic considered 100% cool and perfect and Knux 100% bullshit and crap? =/
bah, the video posted in the KnucklesLoversUnite group made me so incredibly sad D: and...dunno, I just feel like I've not done enough for him. Must draw him much more often and all.
