My weekend experiment.

TheClosetHistorian makes these bug brooches on Youtube using beads, shiny things and embroidery. I don't have very many beads lying around but I wanted to give it a go with the supplies I had and with very little planning went ahead with this little banded tiger moth as my goal. I eventually literally cut off all the beads I had sewn on and it's all thread (felt, wire) now. I feel I should have planned it a little better, but maybe there'll be a next time.
