This is just amazing. Suh a strong statement. Maybe you should even put this in the 'Political' gallery. Because you can't just use the Statue of Liberty in a piece of art like this for the sake of it being there. You are really saying something, and I don't know if I agree.
In all probability, I think I do.
One thing though, when making bloog streaks (or anything else streaks), try using the smudge tool at a low strength after using the brush. It really makes the trail thinner and makes it more realistic.
...If you did this in Photoshop, that is. I assume quite a bit.

the blood definitely needs work..

Very nice. I like the blend between the piece of the statue of liberty and her head, that looks awsome. As well as the blood running down her neck, could be a little heavier in saturation (darker, forgive my critique), but the flow of it is awsome. As for the stiched on middle finger - thats great
