nope, just a whole lot of stock photos worked together..
the arrow, the rib cage, blood, a tree, and a lot of textures.

great texture work, as usual. could i know where the scratches are from? i mean, which stock?

to do the scratches i created their own layer, used the pencil (not the brush) tool on 1px and just scribbled, then softened it up a smidge with the gaussian blur
