Beautiful job. Reminds me of a few past visits to the ER, yay. The blending of the stock photo and the webcame look great. They blend in too well The brush work just adds that finishing touch to complete the work done on this piece.

This is amazing! I know it would be asking a lot but it would be soo great to see a tutorial for this sometime in the future. Everyone has their own style but Id love to know how you actually get photoshop to do the effects youve created in this manip. All of your art is morbid, yet colorful and beautifully twisted. Its just brilliant.

Very well done. Curious as to why V2 never happened. Great piece as is and the blending adn layering work is awesome. Dark and disturbing perfect blend to get the heart moving. Nice!
