This is Pearl, from one of my favorite games, Legend of Mana, or Seiken Densetsu 4. Pick your title. Anyway, she's hugging an Elazul plushie, if you can't tell what that is. I don't know if I'm really a supporter of the Pearl x Elazul theory... but I guess I am more than not.Anyway, I'm very pleased with the way Pearl's face turned out. She's very cute, very happy, and very innocent. I'm less pleased with her body. She's... sitting funny. And holding Elazul funny. I especially dislike the background. It was just a spur of the moment thing, and probably didn't take more than 5 minutes. Alas for me being lazy. Anyway... it's not a bad picture overall. Her face and the concept get it bonus points, in my mind.

I know this piece of art is old, and you've probably gotten a ton better, so I won't critique. But I will praise. Oh my effing Lord her face and hair are absolutely beautiful. The beauty and detail are just amazing! The quality looks fit for an anime. The face actually reminds me of Magic Knight Rayearth. The style, I mean. I just can't get over what a beautiful picture this is.

And really, I just post my stuff up here so I can have a place to dump it. I know not all of my drawings are spetacular, but they each have something special about them, and I want them to be up here in case something happens to the originals. Really, this place is for me, but I love it when people also like my art.

But as for the place to dump them.. ^^ I totally understand. I wish I did that for more of my earlier (And more deformed) Drawings... o.o;; Because like.. I lost my very first sketbook altogether.. (;_;! I SOO want it back!!) so that makes me sad I don't have any coppies. X-x!!
