We all wish art didn't always have to be from personal experience. I dunno why, but it seems like whenever my friends are angsty and sad, they're all angsty and sad at the same time. And it seems like they all come to me, as if I know what to do for them. It's very wearing on me, too. I can't take on everyone's woes, or I'll bleed to death. That's how I felt when I drew this. The chibi innocent bleeding... I dunno, it was very real to me as I was drawing it.Everyone's doing fine now, though. It's kinda weird, actually. *scatters flower petals, sunshine, and severed bunny ears*

Wow, that's very striking. It would be interesting if the blood was red, leaving the rest of it black and white, I think. It really displays how this makes you feel. I'm often a resiviour (sp?) for my friend's emotional outpourings, and I try to keep it all in too, and sometimes it just bursts. The attitude of this picture is simple, and straightforward. I think it'd be hard not to be moved by, or expressed upon, by this picture.

Hm... red? I've done pictures like that before, but I kinda just wanted a black and white on this one. Still, good suggestion. Next time I feel angsty, I might just see what that would look like.

It is a very emotional piece... I like the way their eyes seem so blank, and their posture so hopeless. The blood makes the impact that much more... oomphy.
