Description
This is a theme based on the computer control terminals of the Borg race from the Star Trek (TNG DS9 Voyager and films) universe. It is a full screen theme (although it always shows up on my theme list as a desktop panel???) meant for a 1024 x 768 screen display. Larger or smaller displays may have alignment problems. This is version 1.0, I may improve and expand it in the future.

Sorry about the missing README.TXT file, I'll put up a V 1.1 in a few days to rectify this.

I suggest you get the windowblinds skin BorgXP to go with it

Ok, the promised readme file is now included, I don't believe there are any other significant changes. If you are already familiar with editing and modifying talisman themes, you probably don't need to re-download this. For those who need help settong this theme up to work with their own programs, download the new version and check out the readme.txt file.

Also, I would really love to get some comments from the over 1000 people that downloaded this deviation.
