Bio: Abandoned by a distraught teenage mother, Char Char was raised by a professor named Craimer Freenlock, a Raoirian like herself. When she was 8, Dr. Freenlock had a heart attack and a frightened Char Char fled, living for about a year on her own.
She was found and taken in by Twilight and her roommate, Radia. Twilight is like a mother to her while Radia is like a sister. Their young neighbor Jesse is one of her favorite friends to play with though she can often annoy him. They both like each other though.
Personality: Bubbly and positive most of the time, easily makes friends with people and feels very close to most, respectful and somewhat shy at first, outgoing once she's more familiar, doesn't quite understand all the social norms because of living away from most people
