Personality:
Oc is the sweet and gentle protagonist's best friend of the series, Streetlight . He's a bit cautious about any actions taken from anyone, and an unintentional pushover. He tends to be bossed around by his best friend, Sandra , but it's not like he minds. One of these days, he plans to ask her out, but he's shy when it comes to his feelings. Oc refrains from participating in any Streetlight matches, and instead uses his inherited magic for the good of himself and others.

Magic:
As a Witch's Descendant, Oc can use magic. The one he's strongest with, telekinetic, is also his favorite (it's referred to as magic). He can lift objects from reasonable distances and move them about his surroundings. The object itself will glow an olive shade. Objects under his weight are easier to lift, but if provoked, Oc can carry items over 300lbs/136kg. Normally he uses his magic for household chores, like an extra arm.

He also owns a spell book passed down through his family, with many written spells of different types of magic. It's all written in a language used years ago, which causes a bit of difficulty for those who can't read the Witch's Words. Luckily, Oc can. Barely. He's not too great, so he spends some free time deciphering the spells into a language everyone can understand. There are loose leaf pieces of paper shoved and taped inside the rebound book.

Trivia:
-His crush on Sandra is obvious to everyone except her. They're both neighbors and childhood friends.
-He has a part-time job as a barista in a shop similar to our Starbucks, but isn't allowed to drink coffee. The caffeine goes right to his system to the point where sleep is not an option.
-Oc has given up on his hair. He likes it longer, but not like that. No amount of hair gel can make it stay in place.
-He and Winston do not get along. They'll make amends eventually, but...
-The reason part of his left ear is missing is due to fire. He has chagrin to the topic.
