And to be honest, I made new lines over Cyber's old reference and went from there. So I used my own drawing as a base. pfft I'm lazy.

Design quirks:
-She may not be a girly-girl, but she designs her hair a bit. Her quills are normally straightened out to be long, but she likes to flip them up. Why? I dare you to ask.
-She has chest fur. Well, boys can have it, so why not girls? Besides, it's natural for tigers to be fluffy.
-The metal brackets on her gloves (similar to Knuckles' knuckles) serve a purpose in combat. She can deform them into blades attached to her gloves for some quick defense. Too bad it's already hard enough to use her powers.
-Her yellow socks are flatly rolled over her boots instead of the iconic bunched-up socks.
-On her shoes, she has two purple rings. They may not be Incandescence Rings, but were designed with them in mind. Professor Miles added them on her shoes as stabilizers. If she's using her Matter Technics, they faintly glow. But the question is, do they actually work?
-She's very flat chested.

Summary:
Cyber can be described as...well...a bit of a witch. She's had a tough past, and it comes through her personality a lot. But she has a strong heart and isn't afraid to pick a fight, even though it's a 2/1 chance she'll lose. She usually leads herself into trouble, and has to have someone else help her out, but Cyber can be a great gamer and has a competitive spirit. Just don't ask her to go dress shopping. She's a tomboy at heart.

History:
There isn't much known as far as where she came from, or who she actually is. She was orphaned at about two weeks old for unknown causes, left in a basket on the street to die in front of Amadeus CyberNet, a digital tech store created by Professor Miles. Knuckles the Echidna found her, and decided to quickly name her "Cyber". He took her to Amy Rose, hoping she could "deal with the wet brat". She, instead, enthused about how great of an experience raising a child could be. She came up with a substitute name, Cyber Lily, and sent him off.

Knuckles then decided that this little tiger cub could be the heir to the Master Emerald, since marriage wasn't an option for him. It seemed easy raising her, after learning the basics, but after a while, he didn't really care if she was educated or not. Knuckles never needed the education he had got, so why should she?

Years later, the tigress (at age 11) decided to explore around Angel Island without Knuckles' permission. She came across the Forbidden Zone, a place said to be inhabited by Dr. Eggman when he was still alive. There was a factory, with a wall completely torn down, in the middle of the zone. Curious, Cyber went in.

After exploring for a long time and pocketing what could be sold for a pretty penny, she noticed a capsule, with five floating purple rings. She lifted the cover and reached out for one of them, but felt a burst of Chaotic Energy strike through her.

The rings had metaneutrolically connected to her bloodstream, which already contained an excessive amount of Chaos Energy due to the Master Emerald's radiation. Two were linked to her wrists, two to her ear, and one to her heart. They wouldn't stay away; if she moved, they would float after her. Instead, she put two around her wrists, tied one with a loose electric wire around her neck, and the last two naturally fused to her ears. Knowing this wasn't normal, took them back to the Altar to show Knuckles, and hopefully shine some light on whatever was happening.

Knuckles then called in his childhood friend, Miles Prower, to examine these rings. He noted that these Rings reacted greatly with Chaotic Energy, and that they wouldn't have fused with Cyber's bloodstream if she hadn't lived near the Master Emerald so much. The Rings seemed to contain some sort of matter manipulation ability, better known as Matter Technics.

With this, she would be able to distort matter. She could change an apple into apple juice simply by focusing on the elements it takes to create the juice. And with enough knowledge, she could turn a paper clip into a galaxy.

This power was great! It was hard to focus, since energy was channeled through Cyber's wrists rather than the tips of her fingers, but she finally felt like she was great at something.

One defect of the Incandescence Rings was that they may be able to connect to one's body, but the soul as well. In one's mind, this can be a good thing. The Rings can calm down the user and make them feel better. But they will also seek vengeance if needed. If one has physically or mentally hurt the user, the Incandescence Rings will overpower the user and set to destroy the threat.

Knuckles became a little bit envious. He was no longer the one in charge.

It had been about a year before he finally acted upon it. He and Cyber had gotten into an argument. In the midst, Knuckles lost his temper, and threw a punch at Cyber. She flung her right hand to protect herself, and had her carpus and metacarpus permanently damaged. She clutched her hand in agony, barely able to move her fingers.

This had been enough for the Rings.

A new discovery was made about the Rings- if they take over a soul, they will defy all parts of the Law of Conservation of Matter. The Rings changed Knuckles' internal structure, making him unable to glide. They almost made Knuckles completely vanish into the air forever, but he jumped off the island. He plunged into the ocean, several thousand meters to his presumed death. The Rings, thinking that Knuckles had died, let Cyber come to her senses. As she did, she panicked.

She had just killed the only family she had left.

A boat in the ocean was within a hundred meters from Knuckles' crash site. The people on board retrieved his nearly lifeless body and hurried him to the Mechatropolis Hospital. Knuckles barely lived, but was quickly recovered by the doctors due to him having such an important role. Cyber was immediately brought down from Angel Island by G.U.N., who started questioning her. She was in hysterics. It was roughly two weeks before they could get a word out of her without her having a mental breakdown. With Professor Prower's assistance, he determined that the Rings had officially reacted to the blow on Cyber's right hand, resulting in her transformation, named Chaotic Cyber.

The doctors could never repair her hand because of how unstable the Rings were. The Rings would let them give her pain relief through a needle, but wouldn't let them repair her hand due to it harming the body. Even though her hand could never be repaired, she can still use it for basic functions. Most of the time, she uses her left hand because using her right hand too much results in serious pain.

A month later, Knuckles was released from the hospital. Professor Prower determined that he would never be able to glide on his own ever again, and that he was lucky to live in the first place.

Cyber was too afraid to use her matter technics, being scared that she could harm someone like that again. Her previous fear of Knuckles strengthened due to having no defense for herself. From that day on, she kept more to herself and decided never to let her carefree, sweet nature get the best of herself. She became more cold-hearted (and also grew a bit of an attitude) and decided to change who she completely was.

-She cannot read nor write. Knuckles never taught her and she finds it useless. But that hasn't stopped her! Even if she doesn't know which letter or number is which, she has learned to do other functions. She can play video games as long as someone is with her to read off what the television screen says and to say which buttons are which.
-Because of her right hand being permanently damaged, she is very coordinated with her left hand. Her reaction time is very fast.
-If anyone uses any sort of Chaos move next to her, (i.e. using Chaos Control to warp next to her) she completely freaks out.
-She's allergic to seafood. (Go figure!)
-She sleeps in a ditch next to the stairwell of the Master Emerald Altar because she's afraid she'll fall off the Altar. (It was a childhood fear, but it kind of stuck)
-Her Extreme Gear, called the Orange Dream 2.0, malfunctions if she rides it more than thirty minutes due to the Incandescence Rings.
-Her middle name was actually named after the Incandescence Rings, not the other way around. After some extensive research, Professor Miles confirmed their name from a red-headed boy who used to have them about 520 years ago. It's just something small added into her name.
-She can freely take herself to the present through a time machine lost in time. In Sonic the Hedgehog 2006, the time machine Dr. Eggman created is technically lost in time. He had to have worked on it before he tried to capture Princess Elise the first time, right? It must've been finished before Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles had attempted to trade a Chaos Emerald for Elise. But because Sonic and Elise blew out the Flame of Iblis, the events never happened. So what about the time machine? Cyber discovered the machine near Soleanna on a trip to Mobius' surface. Eggman must've kept it hidden all this time, but he was captured by G.U.N. in 3250. (He then died a year later due to old age) Cyber can use it to travel into the past, where she has met some friends there. It is impossible to alter time because the future has already happened.
