And yes, I am too lazy to get a sheet of plain white paper, so this is what you get. Also, her skin tone is a brighter orange, but I have a stupid scanner.

Summary:
Cyber is a retro kind of Tiger living on Angel Island, twenty years in the future from Sonic the Hedgehog's prime time. She is (unfortunately) being raised by Knuckles the Echidna to be the next Master Emerald Guardian after him. There isn't much to do on a floating island except explore, which is what she does a lot. Whenever Angel Island passes a familiar town, Cyber heads down to look around. She has met Relic and Stryen the Hedgehogs, which have become her only known friends.

Her past
No one knows Cyber's true past, due to her being an orphan. Whoever her parents were left her in the street to die on a rainy night. Knuckles was roaming Mechatropolis, getting supplies for Angel Island's around-the-world trip when he saw the small basket with a small tiger cub. Inside contained a violet lily that was slightly wilted. As Knuckles picked up the basket with the weak cub, he spotted a headline in a newspaper vending machine that said, "Amadeus CyberNet," a technical institute created by Professor Prower after his father. This, and the lily, lead to Cyber's full name at the time, Cyber Lily. However, when Knuckles visited Amy Rose and her son, Relic the Hedgehog. Amy remarked how much Cyber glowed for such a young child. She suggested the middle name, Incandescence. Even though it didn't seem to sound correct, Knuckles knew better than to argue with a woman.

History of the Incandescence Rings:
One day, she was exploring the Forbidden Zone without Knuckles' permission, when she discovered a cavern. Cyber, only being ten years old, discovered one of Dr. Ivo Robotnik's old factories before his passing. An old area of the factory, most likely Dr. Robotnik's office, appeared ransacked. Curious, Cyber explored the remains, but most of the evidence revealed that multiple people had come searching for something and left empty-handed. As she began to leave, a gust of wind blew against her leg from behind. Pulling a small mechanical machine out of the way, a secret door was revealed. Cyber crawled through the area and found a glowing pedestal holding five crystal violet rings. The computer security system was broken, and she lifted the lid. These five rings held an enormous amount of energy, one in which Cyber could sense. The rings were, at once, meta-neurologically connected to the nearest living being due to the active radiation. Not knowing this, Cyber reached for two of the rings, but instead, they clung themselves onto her wrists, right above the material of her gloves. Obviously, she knew something was wrong, but decided to take the rest of the rings with her. Two of the rings morphed to fit around her ear as earrings, which at first, scared the living heck out of Cyber. The last one seemed to float along side her, not reacting to anything. She took some wire and fashioned it into a necklace, seeing that she would at least look normal with these, "glowy thingies."

Later, Professor Miles Prower studied the power these rings emitted. He determined that with Cyber being around the Chaos Emeralds and Master Emerald so much, the Incandescence Rings (named after Cyber) had combined with her bloodstream, making it impossible to separate them without killing them both.

However, these rings had an ability of their own. If Cyber focused on an object, she could change its appearance. She could change the matter particles in any substance and morph it into another. Cyber could defy the Law of Conservation of Matter itself, which states that matter cannot be created nor destroyed. But this only works for solids and liquids because the Incandescence Rings cannot detect gases. The Incandescence Rings also refuse to morph any sort of living aspect, such as humans, anthros, and plants.

One defect of the Incandescence Rings was that they may be able to connect to one's body, but the soul as well. In one's mind, this can be a good thing. The Rings can calm down the user and make them feel better. But they will also seek vengeance if needed. If one has physically or mentally hurt the user, the Incandescence Rings will overpower the user and set to destroy the threat.

When Knuckles discovered that Cyber could actually surpass his own power, he set his line. His actions were out of fear, forcing Cyber to act more under confident in herself. Knuckles threatened that if she did not do everything he said, he would hurt her. Cyber didn't listen, and she and Knuckles got into a fight when she was twelve. She took a large blow to her right hand, permanently damaging the carpus and metacarpus. That was enough for the Incandescence Rings. They took over Cyber's soul and set out to kill Knuckles.

A new discovery was made about the Rings- if they take over a soul, they will defy all parts of the Law of Conservation of Matter. The Rings changed Knuckles' internal structure, making him unable to glide. They almost made Knuckles completely vanish into the air forever, but he jumped off the island. He plunged into the ocean, several thousand meters to his presumed death. The Rings, thinking that Knuckles had died, let Cyber come to her senses. As she did, she panicked.

She had just killed the only family she had left.

A boat in the ocean was within a hundred meters from Knuckles' crash site. The people on board retrieved his nearly lifeless body and hurried him to the Mechatropolis Hospital. Knuckles barely lived, but was quickly recovered by the doctors due to him having such an important role. Cyber was immediately brought down from Angel Island by G.U.N., who started questioning her. She was in hysterics. It was roughly two weeks before they could get a word out of her without her having a mental breakdown. With Professor Prower's assistance, he determined that the Incandescence Rings had officially reacted to the blow on Cyber's right hand, resulting in her transformation, named Incandescent Cyber.

The doctors could never repair her hand because of how unstable the Incandescence Rings were. The Rings would let them give her pain relief through a needle, but wouldn't let them repair her hand due to it harming the body. Even though her hand could never be repaired, she can still use it for basic functions.Most of the time, she uses her left hand because using her right hand too much results in serious pain.

A month later, Knuckles was released from the hospital. Professor Prower determined that he would never be able to glide on his own ever again, and that he was lucky to live in the first place. Cyber was too afraid to use her matter technics, being scared that she could harm someone like that again. Her previous fear of Knuckles strengthened due to having no defense for herself. But another "defense" grew. Her attitude.

-She cannot read nor write. Knuckles never taught her and she finds it useless. But that hasn't stopped her! Even if she doesn't know which letter or number is which, she has learned to do other functions. She can play video games as long as someone is with her to read off what the television screen says and to say which buttons are which.
-Because of her right hand being permanently damaged, she is very coordinated with her left hand. Her reaction time is very fast.
-If anyone uses any sort of Chaos move next to her, (i.e. using Chaos Control to warp next to her) she completely freaks out.
-She's allergic to seafood. (Go figure!)
-She sleeps in a ditch next to the stairwell of the Master Emerald Altar because she's afraid she'll fall off the Altar. (It was a childhood fear, but it kind of stuck)
-Her Extreme Gear, called the Orange Dream 2.0, malfunctions if she rides it more than thirty minutes due to the Incandescence Rings.
-No one knows why she has a bit of an 80's vibe to her outfit. Maybe she liked the colors or the scrunchie? Possibly the neon colors? Whatever the case is, she doesn't have the best fashion sense.
-She thinks men are a useless part in life development.
-She can freely take herself to the present through a time machine lost in time. In Sonic the Hedgehog 2006, the time machine Dr. Eggman created is technically lost in time. He had to have worked on it before he tried to capture Princess Elise the first time, right? It must've been finished before Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles had attempted to trade a Chaos Emerald for Elise. But because Sonic and Elise blew out the Flame of Iblis, the events never happened. So what about the time machine? Cyber discovered the machine near Soleanna on a trip to Mobius' surface. Eggman must've kept it hidden all this time, but he was captured by G.U.N. in 3250. (He then died a year later due to old age) Cyber can use it to travel into the past, where she has met some friends there. It is impossible to alter time because the future has already happened.

I'm sorry it's long, but Cyber has one heck of a bio, being my main fan character and all. When writing this, I realized how different I am from her. For one thing, I'm completely confident in myself. Another is I'm a Christian while Cyber's an atheist.

Yes, that is a scrunchie and a ponytail. Her tail has a strange spike to it. Her hair is straight in the front, curves out a bit on the sides, and sticks up similar to Blaze's hairstyle in the back.

Oy, it took so long to write this, but I hope it gives you all an idea of Cyber Incandescent Lily. To be honest, it took me two hours to write her bio, and I made up half the stuff just today. I also had to look up stuff like the Forbidden Zone and bones in the human hand. So glad I have my own computer.

I also had to edit some stuff because I sketched stuff on the back for some reason. *facepalm* That's why it looks a bit weird.
