He's... REALLY withered.He's actually FNaF4's Crying Child who survived The Chew of the 80s (pantented nickname), but got killed by Afton for one reason or another. He's Phone Guy's brother instead of Mike Afton's. Nontheless, he haunts Fredbear and, like the other Hypothetical antagonists, has a bone to pick with William Afton himself.
