Ok! The one I posted two days ago was the first stage, this one's the second and I'll probably draw the third too! I really like drawing Garp and Luffy in these funny (I hope o_O) situations, Garp is just hilarious at the very least.
Ah, by the way, Luffy is screaming "GRAAAMPS!!!" or "JIICHAAAAN!!!!" in Japanese.

Ya know I've wondered HOW Luffy first met Shanks. Did Shanks ship just sailed to the docks of Luffy's village by chance one day...

Was it one of the times Garp was 'training' Luffy and Shanks saved him? I've wondered about the time he tied a balloon to Luffy. How did he get down? What was he above when he did come down, land, field, valley, or open sea?

I don't really know, I guess we just have to wait for Oda to explain everything.
Maybe someone shot the balloon, and Luffy fell into the ground somewhere or into the sea, and the one who shot rescued him. Or maybe Luffy just bit the balloon when he was not above the sea.
