Can you give me any advice on my art on how I can improve it?

sure! i'm still learning a lot myself, but i can tell you some of the basics my teachers have told me.
THE most important piece of advice!? draw ALL the time. bring a sketch book with you wherever you go and draw everything you see. people, clothes, buildings, animals, cars....EVERYTHING. the more you dislike drawing something the more you should try to draw it...FORCE yourself to get good at drawing that thing.
when you're not drawing from life, feel free to look at how other artist do things. try to immitate the things they do right. copying is only a bad thing if you're trying to pass the copied art work off as your own. the people you're copying wouldn't appreciate it...and neither will fans.
i'm also a fan of instructive art books. if you could find a good book on figure drawing and one on perspective you'll be well on your way!
i'm a big fan of your subject matter! loving the fantasy/dungeons and dragons stuff you have going on! keep it up

I think the coloring is fine. If you know how, some photoshop brushing effects and highlights could really turn it into an outstanding picture.
