Personally, I think the colors are fine. They're nice and neutral and don't take away from the main focus (glow) of the piece

this is ace man, but im not going to lie.
i think i might have preferred it as a black and white drawing.
although, iv just gone back to compare and now im unsure. they both look great.

The blurs around the electricity and smudges inside the cape kinda ruins what's otherwise a crisp and powerful piece. Good work on the inks!

Found! K, glad the hatching is gone...what were the requirements for this? It's still stunning! I'd love to take a crack and have you critque if you have time...from what I can read and have heard you guys are busy over there though.

lol yeah, in theory i like feathering, but this was my first time digitally inking ...and i couldn't find a brush to agree with doing it....they had to go
for the colors we had to pick any three or four colors on the color wheel. i chose red violet, violet, blue violet and blue....we could change tone and saturation however much we wanted. grays, blacks, whites and browns we could use as much as we liked. my teacher complained it looks almost monochromatic, but i'd rather it look like this than how saturated it was before.
if you want to give coloring it a whack, i'd be more than happy to give you a critique on it. could prolly get a few people to take a look if you wanted, actually..got several 3rd year friends

Looking sweet. Watch out on the angle of the lines on Vader's respirator, right now they look like they are stretching diagonally across his 'mouth' instead of being in proper perspective. Otherwise, totally freaking sweet. Love that Bat Man.
