That was always the one scene in Willy Wonka I couldn't handle as a kid. Boy falls into chocolate river and gets shot up a tube? Fine. Girl turns into a blueberry? No problem! Girl falls down a tunnel to an incinerator? Okey-dokey. Boy gets shrunk and has to be stretched back out on a taffy pull? Meh. Charlie and his grandpa get too close to the ceiling fan? Peachy. But the boat ride would send me running from the room! Or at least close my eyes and cover my ears!
