So what do you want to hear? You seem to have made up your mind and I am tired with such discussions over and over again...
- Do I feel "guilty"? LOL, no, I pay a LOT money for all the licenses to use the models I use to all those 3D modellers selling their stuff to me and thousends of other people
- Do I have time to model all the stuff I use? No, I have to work for my living and I am most of the weeks time in office
- Am I a modeller? No, but I modify a lot of the models I use to suit them my needs.
- Am I a 3DArtist? I think so, but you might call better call it "3DManipulator" 
- You have never made a 3D scene, so you don't know how complex lighting and material setup is... but you judge over it.
- You don't know the raw look of the rendering and what was changed in PS, yet you say you don't see any use of PS.
You have your opinion, I have mine. If you don't like what I am doing, no problem. If you like my pics, fine
But this discussion is not bringing us anywhere.
I am successful in what I am doing and will continue to do so...
